1. Returns & Exchange Period
You can request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it with all original tags attached.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made, tailored, or altered apparel items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items purchased on clearance or final sale are also not eligible for returns.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via WhatsApp at +92 322 7677011 or email us at szstudio2709@gmail.com with your Order Number and photos of the item. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
4. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa within 3–5 working days.
